We’re seeking a visionary NextSteps Training Specialist to empower ministry teams through transformative learning experiences and strategic field support. This role is at the forefront of equipping users to confidently integrate the NextSteps tool into their ministry by designing and delivering impactful training—both virtually and in person. From developing dynamic resources like videos, guides, and workshops to translating complex updates into ministry-ready insights, the Training Specialist ensures every user feels equipped and inspired. In close partnership with the Success Coach and internal teams, this role champions scalable, contextualized training pathways that foster lasting adoption, elevate user confidence, and align with broader ministry goals.
