Field Ministry Expansion

Inspire and guide individuals as they seek to engage in the Great Commission through our StoryRunners unique storytelling methods. The Mobilization coordinator serves as a bridge between StoryRunners and students, Cru Staff and other potential missionaries, helping people discover their calling and take practical steps toward serving in this global ministry context. This involves:
Key Responsibilities
-
Promoting at events both domestically and internationally.

Building relationships with interested individuals.
-
Participating in mission outreaches (Spring Break, Summer Mission, other).

Providing one-on-one mentorship to those exploring ministry opportunities with StoryRunners and Cru.
Other Responsibilities
-
Working closely with internal teams to develop strategies and resources that effectively communicate the mission and vision of StoryRunners.

Conducting Bible Storytelling training sessions.
-
Assisting in application processes.
-
Preparing individuals for cross-cultural ministry.
Ideal Candidate or Qualifications
-
A heart for guiding people toward God’s will for them.
-
Understanding of the issue of Orality and Bible Storytelling in Missions.
-
A passion for the Great Commission.
-
A strong spiritual foundation.
-
Relational skills.
-
Strong communications skills verbally and written.

Administrative competence.
