This role serves as the Administrative Assistant for the National Directors of Oneness and Diversity at Cru. The role requires adaptability and knowledge of complex clerical, typing, stenographic and secretarial duties and helps to provide support to teams that focus on gender, generational, and ethnic diversity in the organization. This role plays a vital part in helping move the mission of Oneness forward as we fulfill the Great Commission together.

U.S. Capacity is made up of teams from U.S. LDHR, U.S. Technology, U.S. Digital Strategies, U.S. Finance, U.S. Consulting, U.S. Office of Development, Staff Services, General Counsel's Office (GCO), Donation Services Group (DSG), U.S. Talent Management (a subgroup of U.S. LDHR), U.S. Staff Care, Lake Hart Services (LHS), and U.S. HR Capacity.
