This role offers a unique opportunity to lead with purpose—cultivating a culture of care tailored to the distinct needs of Cru’s Legacy-age RMO staff (ages 55+). It’s about more than just support; it’s about vision. You’ll shape and guide a dedicated leadership team, steward the Envision Pathway, and ensure Legacy staff can easily access resources designed specifically for their season of life. You’ll serve as a vital connector—linking efforts across divisions, aligning with US LDHR, Talent Management, and divisional leaders, and partnering closely with the Legacy Track team. This is a chance to champion legacy, foster belonging, and help others finish strong—with purpose and honor.
