Support the project management of Unto's direct mail program with donors by:

Oversee a team of freelancers (writers, designers, proofers, data, etc.) by reviewing their writing and graphic designs and suggesting changes and edits to ensure that we fall within AP (industry) standards and are achieving the overall strategic goals of the ministry

Support in leading creative meetings for all direct marketing campaigns, including writing the creative briefs, guiding the discussion with freelancers, and ensuring that appeals follow the strategies outlined in the meeting.
- Evaluate and analyze donor marketing program results to determine the effectiveness of individual donor segments and campaigns and make adjustments to future efforts to maximize response and net income. Prepare quarterly project presentations for leadership that contain analysis of previous appeals in preparation for upcoming projects.
