Create and implement systems and processes for field staff, affiliates and guides to enable them to effectively develop ideas from inception to incubation to proof of concept. This leader would help the FamilyLife field staff and guides around the US know how to discern, grow, and evaluate their ideas to hopefully reach scale or move in a new direction. This would also include partnering with external organizations who have shared strategies.
FOR THIS POSITION:
● Implement strategies to move a field strategy from inception to proof of concept to national optimization
● Coach Field Directors, Field Leaders, US Expansion and affiliates to effectively grow their ideas with prayer, data, and discernment
● Implement and understand how to analyze, summarize, and process micro and macro data relating to strategic field projects (data analysis, sociology, or design thinking background preferred)
● Partner well with other parts of FamilyLife and external organizations on strategic projects that involve reaching families for the Great Commission.
● Lead a team of specialists to coordinate workflow and prioritization
● develop consistent feedback systems for greater field effectiveness
