The Language Studios Director leads the department in the strategic production of gospel centered media towards the vision of reaching everyone, everywhere, in every language.
The director is responsible for; translating the vision and goals set by the Executive Leadership Team into actionable strategies and objectives for the department to execute; overseeing departmental resources, operations, and budgets; coaching leaders; and fostering strong organizational culture.
A good candidate will be an experienced leader who is capable of overseeing both strategy and support functions, is able to translate big picture ideas into actionable steps, and bring a body of believers together to accomplish the mission.
