Leads through the analysis of both internal data (people info, financials, ministry metrics, etc) and external data (e.g., demographic data), identifying trends, gaps, and bright spots that can be leveraged for growth, decision-making, and process improvement. Facilitates a culture of “leading with information” through the reporting and interpretation of ministry metrics to ministry leaders. Provides information services to the rest of the organization as needed for the fulfillment of strategic priorities and projects. Leads, shepherds, and manages a team of Mission Insights & Analytics Specialists.
