
The Lead Mobilization Concierge leads a team of people who respond to college-student inquiries and ensures potential applicants are able to keep taking next steps toward their best Cru opportunity. They also train other Cru staff to utilize this system to follow up with potential applicants. This role ensures that every applicant's experience with Cru is consistent with our brand promise, mission, vision and values and works to improve our systems and processes that applicants experience in their mobilization journeys.
