This role works with a team to answer inbound calls and meet the needs of the constituent with
excellence.
For this role:
• Know and understand processes and accurately resolve and/or route calls to appropriate
personnel
• • Understand the different databases and how to navigate through them efficiently to best serve
the constituent.
• • Answer calls and requests in a timely manner.
• • Complete data entry tasks as needed.
• • Function as a Live Agent on Chat feature answering questions and concerns.
