Under the direction of the Blended Ministry Manager, help improve the operational process and ensure the efficiency of business operations. The Blended Operations Lead will also help to make sure projects are on schedule and on budget. This position will oversee and lead other operational positions as assigned.
FOR THIS POSITION:

Help reach blended families throughout the world with practical discipleship resources through our major offerings. Projects may include: social media, marketing, podcasts, video, livestream events, live events, etc.

Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.

Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic initiatives that support company goals.

Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports for management to inform decision-making.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective service delivery and responsiveness to client needs.

Manage and maintain projects. Tasks include but are not limited to: schedules, budgets, coordination with other team members and/or departments, etc.

Manage, train, and support FamilyLife Blended staff as assigned.

Analyze projects and adapt as needed to achieve optimal results.

Aid in the execution of events (e.g., events planning) as assigned. This may include attending and working events.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate the following supervisory responsibilities to the Project Coordinators (or other positions as assigned) in accordance with the ministry’s policies and applicable laws, including interviewing, hiring and training; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
