Are you passionate about providing strategic coaching and thoughtful guidance on staffing decisions? In this dynamic role you’ll be at the intersection of immigration and human resources. As a key decision-maker, you’ll help determine not just whether a visa can be obtained, but whether it should be pursued, all while offering personalized care for staff on their immigration journey. You'll also play an integral role in shaping and managing policies related to hiring non-U.S. staff. Balancing a caseload of 30-45 employees, your time will be split between collaborative meetings, writing, and communication. U.S. Capacity is made up of teams from U.S. LDHR, U.S. Technology, U.S. Digital Strategies, U.S. Finance, U.S. Consulting, U.S. Office of Development, Staff Services, General Counsel's Office (GCO), Donation Services Group (DSG), U.S. Talent Management (a subgroup of U.S. LDHR), U.S. Staff Care, Lake Hart Services (LHS), and U.S. HR Capacity.
