
The Technology Engagement Team Leader is responsible for ensuring that national ministries and end-users effectively adopt, trust, and benefit from the organization’s technology solutions. This role focuses on enhancing user experience, driving adoption of technology tools, and building strong relationships to support successful digital engagement. The leader will guide a team dedicated to empowering users and facilitating trust in systems, aligning with one of our team’s core outcomes
Strong Communication Skills: Ability to convey technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
Previous Leadership Experience: This is an advanced leadership position, leading both a high performance team AND leading a function across the organization. Previous leadership experience is required.

Serve with the Global Technology Leadership Team (GTLT) to give leadership to the overall Global Technology Team
Lead and care for the Technology Engagement Team. Recruits and develops the capacity and expertise needed. Manages the team budget and approves the team’s expense reports. Engages each team member in the Staff Development Cycle.
Lead across the organization in supporting National Ministries, Staff, Leaders, and Global Strategies/Capacities to effectively leverage our Globally Preferred Tools.
Responsible for our Global Helpdesk and ensuring healthy documentation and administration of Globally Preferred Tools and Technology Processes. Engages with National Ministries and other Global Specialties on how help/support is provided through our systems.
Convenes the Global Technology Network and the Regional Technology Communities.
Maintain timely, relevant and accurate reports to demonstrate the effective use of our Globally Preferred Tools, and the quality/effectiveness of our support, systems, and processes.
Reports to the Director of Global Technology (with the Global Technology Leadership Team (GTLT) as their primary team)
