Full-time, RMO, location: fully remote. (RMO- full time missionary with Cru.  **As all missionaries do, Cru missionaries raise their support). 

This position serves to create brand awareness for Cru Military and its ministry efforts among the world-wide military community. This position is responsible for the development and maintenance of online content that engages current and new audiences and generates interest in ministry efforts. This will include managing marketing and communication efforts through social media, email & website system initiatives. Also, this position is responsible to establish relationships with other Christian influencers in the online community to help spread awareness of Cru Military ministry efforts. Also, as part of the Ministry Advancement Team (MAT), this position will be responsible to assist with a small ministry partner caseload to thank and report consistently the impact of their giving. 

  • Oversee social media – Website, Facebook, Instagram, Blogs, YouTube, etc., ensuring Cru Military is #1 on search engine ranking

  • Oversee and manage crumilitary.org external website, ensuring all ministry and marketing content, photos, and navigation are up to date

  • Execute Cru Military banners, flyers, brochures, emails, and digital content, for marketing purposes and in support of current fund development appeals.

  • Serve on Cru Military’s Creative Team to inform and to incorporate external communications and marketing perspectives into discussions and creative development. 

  • Manage a small caseload of ministry partners by communicating updates, providing reports, thanking, and sending other personal communications to cultivate ministry partner relationships. 

Military experience is not required, but applicants must have an appreciation for the military people group and a willingness to learn/appreciate military culture.
