The Digital Training Specialist is a key facilitator in launching and implementing innovative products developed by the Innovation Lab, responsible for designing and delivering user-focused training programs. This role ensures that staff and partners are equipped with the necessary skills to adopt and utilize these tools effectively, enabling a seamless transition from development to implementation and maximizing the impact of digital solutions across the organization.
