The Diaspora Movements Leader follows God’s lead to spark movements in, with, and through diaspora communities until every diaspora community is uniquely restored with the good news of Jesus. She or he accomplishes this by leading and convening staff from across City to serve on the Diasporas Leadership Team, by serving on the Innovation Lab Leadership Team, and by collaborating with the City Guiding Team to develop the structures, plans, partnerships, and strategies that will guide City's diasporas ministry efforts in the coming years.
