
The executive assistant to the CIO has a dynamic role that will work hand-in-hand with the chief integration officer. The candidate for this role will need to become the trusted partner for the CIO and will play a vital role in the day-to-day. This role goes beyond office supplies and travel planning. The EA is the glue that helps to support the team culture, expand the capacities of the CIO, and live out the Brand of FamilyLife by being a trusted friend to the team. This role helps team leadership make informed decisions, manages communications, and ensures that all administrative functions are executed with excellence.
The CIO’s combined staff is responsible for the creation, development, and deployment of Gospel Saturated Resources to reach families on their journey towards God and each other. This role provides the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the mission of FamilyLife, as it involves active engagement in strategic operations for this team. You'll be the go-to person for ensuring that the day-to-day logistics and office tasks are seamlessly handled, allowing leadership to focus on the bigger picture. FOR THIS POSITION:
Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the Chief Integration Officer and the R&E Leadership Team.
Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting emails, responding to emails, reports and documentation. ,
Arranges travel and accommodations for CIO.
Schedules and attends meetings on behalf of CIO, taking notes and or using AI for recording.
Receives incoming communication or memos on behalf of senior staff, reviews contents, determines importance, and summarizes and distributes contents to appropriate staff.
Performs office tasks, including maintaining records, ordering supplies, and performing basic bookkeeping.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Actively raises and maintains financial support necessary to support wage compensation requirements according to corporate compensation policies and set rates.

Extensive knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, and recordkeeping systems.
Able to type a minimum of 40 words per minute.
Extremely proficient with Google Office products or similar software and able to learn new or updated software.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
related field preferred.
At least four years of related experience are required. OR an Associate degree plus two years of office experience. Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
WORK ENVIRONMENT -
Remote, Hybrid, or office desk resident if within a local communal drive to Cru Headquarters.
This role can be performed by a remote staff member, or can be located within the FamilyLife/Cru offices in Orlando.
