SUMMARY DESCRIPTION OF POSITION:
To own all guest relations for FL guests who will be featured on our content channels. Deals with a diverse group of employees, ministry guests and visitors as well as internal contacts at all levels of the organization.
Assist Content Integration and Research Teams as needed.
Spearhead a cohesive guest experience leading up to, “day of,” and after FLT guest visits (e.g. travel logistics alongside Travel Office, media release forms, interview prep, etc.)
Schedule and attend all FLT Guest Selection meetings to notate creative interview ideas for potential guests.
Collaborate with the Social Media Content department to understand and implement content strategies (e.g. social media, YouTube), like video capture, article writing, and social media posts in order to inform FLT guests of expectations.
