
Reports To: Portfolio Manager and DPS Liaison
The Business Analyst and Coordinator Supports the technical team by helping with operational, administrative, or communications tasks and assisting with documentation of processes.
Assists in documenting project information from other teams/staff.
Supports the creation and maintenance of documentation, including process maps, reports, and goals between multiple groups and teams
Schedules and coordinate meetings, create agendas, track action items.
Assists with basic research and analysis tasks.
Helps staff form and articulate goals around project requests and requirements
Manage communications and dissemination of documents between Technology/BI team and FamilyLife
Manage technology project portfolio and its accuracy
Manage accounts payable for the technology/BI team
Monitors budget
Actively raises and maintains financial support necessary to support wage compensation requirements according to corporate compensation policies and set rates.
