Being a ministry comprised of men and women from diverse ethnicities and generations, we want Cru to be a place where every staff person can thrive as they contribute to our mission. As each ministry division within Cru strives to become more diverse in its own context, the members of the O in D indirect team work together to see Cru grow in relational oneness in the advancement of the gospel.
The responsibilities of this role, approximately 10-15 hours/week, would be in addition to a person’s primary responsibilities.
