This is an entrepreneurial role which seeks to collaboratively maximize the pool of possible leaders for the work to which God has called us. This leader will be responsible to design and cast vision for global Kingdom impact, develop and implement mobilization strategy and opportunities within Athletes in Action, and resource those who are also seeking to mobilize to AIA’s missional opportunities. Additionally, this leader will coordinate with national functions like marketing, conferences, summer missions, external communications and creative one media such that these national strategies are informed by and implemented well by our local staff. We believe God is mobilizing people to accomplish His mission and that He desires to use Athletes in Action as a significant vehicle for that to happen.
