The Associate Director of Digital Engagement is primarily responsible for coaching and supervising the seven regional Digital Strategies Core Team Leaders, ensuring that department strategies are effectively aligned with the strategic plans and priorities (SPPs) of the regional Core Teams. This role is crucial in guiding and supporting the implementation of digital win, build, and send initiatives across seven regions while fostering collaboration and alignment between departmental goals and regional strategies to advance the mission of Jesus Film Project. Additionally, this position accelerates networking and partnership opportunities with global digital missions organizations.
