The JFP IT Specialist will serve as the primary contact for end-user support and maintenance within the ministry’s IT environment. Responsibilities include installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading user computers to ensure peak performance. The specialist will address technical issues promptly and accurately, whether in person, by phone, or via email.
Additionally, the role involves providing technical support for user cell phones and assisting with special departmental projects as needed. The specialist will collaborate with the Systems Manager to oversee media data storage systems, manage local and remote storage devices, and ensure uninterrupted operation of software, hardware, and data organization.
