The Director of Volunteer Strategies will develop and lead a distributed team responsible to work with departments in the Campus Ministry who will innovate new ways to raise up, select, onboard, train, and supervise a variety of volunteers who will serve in the scope of the Campus Ministry; helping these like-minded and unengaged believers make a Great Commission impact through involvement with Cru.

Our vision is to reach every middle and high schooler, undergraduate and graduate student, faculty member on every campus, in every nation as our part in helping to fulfill the Great Commission in our generation.
