Are you passionate about impacting a division of Cru as a valuable part of the People and Culture (HR) team? In this role, you'll have the unique and exclusive opportunity to partner with employees and leadership across various departments, helping align their goals with the broader mission of what God has called FamilyLife.
As part of our team, you’ll be the go-to person for delivering thoughtful, value-added support that reflects our heart for ministry. You’ll help foster a positive workplace culture, ensuring our staff are equipped and empowered to thrive.
You’ll also play a key role in employee relations, benefits, training, performance management, onboarding, recruitment, and more. Your ability to understand the vision, midrange plans, and culture of the teams you support will allow you to help them grow and succeed in their calling.
