- If you have a passion to help staff have a healthy view of MPD and have good MPD habits; realizing that their calling and role is both their ministry assignment/job and maintaining their MPD. Have a healthy staff account that allows them to do ministry without financial stress; manage their time well during MPD; manage ministry work and MPD to be successful in both.
- Coach a minimum of 2 new staff and 2 established staff (may be less, as needed based on # new staff) on a weekly basis (1 hour per staff per week)
- Administrative work (1 hour per week)
