Process Improvement Specialist Job Description
The TCOE (Transformation Center of Excellence) Process Improvement Specialist seeks to align the infrastructure functions of Cru by analyzing existing processes as assigned and recommending improvements in time, cost, and/or quality.
These team members can’t help but improve any process they're involved in, whether at work or at home. We are looking for a team member who desires to improve the behind the scenes processes of Cru for the benefit of all staff and ministries in Cru!
*This role could be potentially be filled by a primary caregiver (PCG) with 11-25 hours of availability* but FT is preferred.

U.S. Capacity is made up of teams from U.S. LDHR, U.S. Technology, U.S. Digital Strategies, U.S. Finance, U.S. Consulting, U.S. Office of Development, Staff Services, General Counsel's Office (GCO), Donation Services Group (DSG), U.S. Talent Management (a subgroup of U.S. LDHR), U.S. Staff Care, Lake Hart Services (LHS), and U.S. HR Capacity.
