Are you passionate about providing stellar staff care and HR support? Do you have a desire to help build into our U.S. LDHR Core Team staff and the U.S. Childcare Office and childcare workers? Do you have up to 29 hours a week to support these teams as they care for children and for our staff in the U.S.?
This role performs staff care and human resources related functions for the U.S. LDHR Director’s Core Team, and U.S. Childcare Office employees. Partner with other Human Resources Representatives to serve the assigned areas. Support the organization and U.S. LDHR by providing HR process and culture support.

This role can be hybrid from LH Headquarters in Orlando, or Remote. (Travel to Orlando may be required for a remote role)
