The MPD Advocacy Coordinator for Interns seeks to lead in our organization’s MPD advocacy efforts, focusing on heart-level learning, resource development, and care, specifically for interns and PTFS. This role is suited for someone with a strong understanding of MPD principles and philosophy and who has developed relationships with communities of color in Cru. It requires a balance of both big picture project work as they act as a spokesperson in these spaces as well as individualized direct coaching of the other MPD Advocacy Coordinators, Interns & PTFS, and coaches. This role is an opportunity to be a spokesperson and advocate, as well a coach to interns and PTFS.
