The Crisis Manager Administrator provides protection and care for staff and disciples while seeking to keep crises from unnecessarily disrupting the ministry. The scope and nature of decision-making in related issues are determined in consultation with the US Crisis Manager. This position will assist the U.S. Crisis Management Team to fulfill administrative duties related to developing crisis management capacity, coaching, and potentially crisis response as needed.
