Establish and execute a strategy for digital training initiatives within the U.S. and it’s ministries by working closely with ministry and training leaders to create and deliver the resources staff need. This is a new role that will work under U.S. LDHR to help serve Cru in the digital learning space. They will oversee the integration of digital learning platforms within Cru and set direction for digital learning strategies ministry wide.
