The MPD Coordinator has five primary roles. First, is a team leader for his or her team of coaches. Secondly, coordinates the coaching of new staff, interns, PTFS and senior staff. Third, is an MPD spokesperson for his or her cohorts or strategy ministry. As such, communicates with leadership as needed and helps to shape a positive MPD culture. Fourth, serves as needed as an MPD coach, trainer and specialist. Fifth, leads in strategic planning and execution of MPD priorities each semester.
