The Launch specialist communicates vision and challenge, strategic next steps, and the practical how-to’s for launching movements on campuses and in communities where they currently do not exist. In this role, the launch specialist maintains a vision for reaching college students worldwide, cultivates ongoing relationships with field staff to open new ministries, and pursues possible “Key” Christian leaders on non-staffed campuses within their assigned area. Beginning and developing a relationship with the student or volunteer in order to assess qualification for leading on their campus and determining the appropriate next steps is central in this role.
