Members of the Business Process & Project Operations Team of Mission Operations improve and create the systems that connect people, events, leaders, information, and resources. Business Analysts study the effectiveness of tools, strategies and projects in order to focus resources on those that are most fruitful. They conduct research and propose system enhancements. Projects vary in size and length, and vary in subject matter from digitally-oriented to people-and-process oriented. Projects often include collaboration across departments of the Campus Ministry, and are usually internally focused but may include collaboration with outside organizations.
