Building the people capacity and shaping the culture of Epic foundationally happens in the context of local movements where staff, volunteers, students and faculty are won, built and sent for a lifetime of impact. As we seek to reach the missional scope, the role of People & Culture at the local level is fundamental to the development of healthy missional teams, leaders equipped to launch movements and raise up laborers for the harvest here and around the world, and the strategic allocation of resources.

The mission of the campus ministry is to turn lost students and faculty into lifelong, Christ-centered, multiplying disciples. We are trusting God for movements everywhere, so that everyone knows someone who truly follows Jesus. Our vision is to reach every middle and high schooler, undergraduate and graduate student, faculty member on every campus, in every nation as our part in helping to fulfill the Great Commission in our generation.
