SUMMARY DESCRIPTION OF POSITION:
To develop relationships with ministry partners via phone/mail/email for the purpose of cultivation and lifting and to provide new qualified names to the Development Reps Upper-Level. Raise financial resources by asking for donations from, cultivating relationships with, and ministering to current donors, as well as networking/prospecting to generate new donors to FamilyLife.
FOR THIS POSITION:
To make thank you calls to new donors making gifts from $1,000 to $5,000.
To consistently work to lift new donors in the mid-level status to upper-level status.
To call donors on an assigned caseload three to four times per year.
To cultivate and lift major donors who live in remote areas to which major donor reps are unable to travel.
To evaluate and appropriately assign new mid-level qualifiers as designated.
Provide phone call follow-up to written fund appeals to encourage specific gifts.
