The Staff Care and Development Coordinator helps build a culture of staff care and development in Unto by cultivating intentional opportunities to grow and support staff members and teams. This role works closely with the Staff Care and Development team to expand Unto’s current staff development efforts. Development areas focus on both character and role competencies, including developmental pathways, crisis care, special projects, and utilizing Cru training and development models.
The ideal candidate is a servant leader with a strong value for personal and organizational health and fruitfulness. Important qualities include an ability to develop people, manage concurrent priorities, and relate comfortably to staff and leaders at all organizational levels. No formal HR experience is necessary but spiritual leadership experience is highly preferred.
