StoryRunners US Training & Development Team Leader
Summary:
Ignite a passion for sharing Jesus through storytelling! Coordinate and lead dynamic training events that empower people to use oral Bible storytelling to transform lives. Guide events from inception to impact, craft powerful training resources, and inspire your team to achieve ministry goals.
Who we are:
StoryRunners, a Cru ministry, fuels church planting movements by equipping individuals to create and share oral Bible stories, reaching those who long for God's Word in a language their hearts understand.
Responsibilities:
-
Training Events: Orchestrate life-changing in-person and virtual training experiences, teaching the art of oral Bible storytelling, casting the compelling vision of StoryRunners, and inviting others to join through financial support, prayer, or team involvement. Resources: Develop engaging training materials and follow-up plans that resonate and inspire action.

Trainers: Mentor and develop new leaders, equipping them to conduct transformational trainings and strategically assigning them to events.

Budget: Steward resources wisely by managing training budgets and collaborating on impactful fundraising initiatives.

Team Leadership: Inspire and guide your team, delegating responsibilities effectively and leading the retreat committee to foster growth and unity.

Evaluation: Analyze event impact, refine strategies, and collaborate with the marketing team to amplify outreach and engagement.
- Travel: Embark on meaningful journeys, traveling both domestically and possibly internationally to connect with and equip others.
