Full-time, RMO, location: fully remote. (RMO- full time missionary with Cru.  **As all missionaries do, Cru missionaries raise their support). 
 
The Advancement Relations Case Manager works virtually as part of the Ministry Advancement Team (MAT). This position works closely with the MAT Director and all team members to minister to and cultivate deeper relationships with our network of donors who support the ministry at all giving levels. 
 
The MAT plays an integral role in Cru Military's mission to the military. The work we do enables the work happening in the field. We are the connection, the liaisons of ministry partners to the mission field. What we do gives others the opportunities to be used by God to fulfill the Great Commission.
 
The MAT isn't about managing donations, it's about impacting lives. We need to expand our team so we can expand our impact. Your role on our team will be about helping us to grow our relationships through providing donors with reports, updates, and supporting them in prayer. It will be about developing opportunities for MAT to bless our ministry partners and bless our ministry staff. 
 
Leading our ministry in relationships is one of our core MAT values. If it is yours too, then military experience is not necessary!
