Under the direction of the Manager of Engineering, maintain and improve the production systems in the Productions Facility, remote facilities, and other facilities as added by the Executive Producer. Also maintain, improve, and execute events with the portable production systems.

Create, improve and maintain technical systems with audio, video, lighting, record lights, intercom systems, time clocks, monitoring sensors, RAIDed storage and other equipment that make complex tasks quick, and easy so the Production Staff can stay focused on creating content.

Assist in, and/or take lead in running productions inside the production facility on a regular basis to help the team accomplish their goals, but also to better understand how the systems you are responsible for work together.

Maintain a clean and organized work space, both at Lake Hart and the Annex, so that tools and supplies can be easily found and used by all members of the team.

Improve and maintain the portable production systems.

Execute events using the portable production systems.

Communicate with high level leadership with respect, while still communicating limitations of technology and capacity

Lead a team to execute productions, whether it is an internally facing staff meeting or an externally facing event.
