The Global Strategies and Partnerships team works together to serve hundreds of partners around the globe to distribute millions of resources and help people better express their faith within their communities. The director is responsible for leading the team towards developing and implementing partnership and distribution strategies that serve to impact even more people around the world with the good news of Jesus. International experience required.

For over 60 years, JMM has helped people cut through cultural confusion to see Jesus clearly. That mission isn’t changing—only deepening. We’re stepping into a new season with a new name: Sightline. A name that reflects our heart to help the next generation find a clear view of Christ in a noisy world.
God is gathering a gifted, faith-filled team to shape this next chapter. People who believe the Christian faith is reliable, relational, and relevant—and who feel called to help others see that too.
We’re expanding into a multi-site ministry, with hubs at Lake Hart in Orlando, FL, and the Hope Center in Plano, TX—just north of Dallas. The Hope Center offers a peaceful, Christ-centered work environment with an onsite café, fitness center, free covered parking, and nearby dining and shops.
