Like all of Cru, we are committed to sharing the gospel and making disciples. We do so through mutual partnerships with churches, pastors, and lay leaders who have a heart to care for those in need in cities.

We provide compassionate outreach resources to churches to help CONNECT those in need with the good news and the Body of Christ. We EMPOWER churches through trainings in evangelism and discipleship. And we help churches DEVELOP long-term, whole-person discipleship programming for children, teens, and adults.  

You do NOT have to be an expert at ministering to those in need to join with Cru Inner City. We are looking for employees who have a posture to learn from and to serve others. Most of our positions are a mix of field ministry and behind-the-scenes administrative support. Virtually all of our positions involve some level of support raising and/or fund development to fund an employee's salary.
