Location: fully remote.

THIS ROLE IS FOR CURRENT MISSIONARIES WITH CRU WHO HAVE HAD HEALTHY MPD FOR 2+ YEARS.  (Outside candidates, please do not apply).

This position will serve to help new staff become fully-funded and financially-faithful. Our dynamic team is growing and this key position will help shape the future of our ministry. Inspires and coaches missionary staff members in the skills that enable them to successfully mobilize a team of financial ministry partners.

 

This position will ensure that our teammates are fully funded and, therefore, able to “Serve those who serve”. Motivates staff members to become laborers who trust God for financial provision no matter the circumstances. Trains and coaches staff members in the skills that enable them to successfully raise and maintain their full support so they may be effective in their ministries. Trains and coaches staff members in the skills that enable them to be good stewards of the funds God provides through MPD.

 

Many joining staff with Cru Military have military benefits which impact their support goal. This creates unique and exciting opportunities to coach experienced leaders within a unique people group. Oversees MPD Coaches and ensures MPDX is kept up to date. This position reports to the LDHR Director and serves as part of the LDHR team. This is a fully remote role.

Military experience if not required, but applicants must have an appreciation for the military people group and a willingness to learn/appreciate military culture and military benefits, as impacting MPD.
