The President’s Inbox Prayer Support Staff responds to FamilyLife financial partners who submit online prayer requests and posts requests to Workplace. This role is critical for our partners to feel valued. When our partners submit a request for prayer, we want them to know that there is a trusted friend at the end of the line, not an autoresponder. We really do care and pray for them.
Respond promptly, compassionately and empathetically to partners’ prayer requests using predesigned templates that can be easily customized.
Post requests (without last names or email addresses) to Workplace so others in the ministry can agree in prayer for our partners’ needs
Communicate with the Prayer Support Team Lead regarding availability around key dates of emails with expected high prayer request responses
