SUMMARY DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
The primary purpose of the Global Digital Strategies VP team and GodTools team is to help radically accelerate the fulfillment of the Great Commission across all audiences using digital approaches, principles, and tools. The Digital Marketing Product Manager contributes to the strategy implementation and coordination of digital marketing for GodTools, establishing and growing audience journeys across all digital channels. He or she must seek to develop a deep and intuitive understanding of the wants and needs of the customers and market. Their focus is to help the organization get the product into users’ hands and grow its user base by offering value to a wider and more diverse audience.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborate with the product team members, product manager, and product owner to achieve the product/brand goals.
Work to align the GodTools brand around one content strategy through processes, guidelines, consultation, and management.
Collaborate on the publication schedule, roadmap, and strategic direction of GodTools.
Lead the team as it relates to content creation, marketing, and acquisition.
Direct and manage the work and contributions of content creators, collaborators, partners, and internal or external marketers.
Manage the content strategy as the chief decision maker on what content is published or used for marketing purposes.
Develop positioning and messaging to differentiate GodTools in the global market both digitally and through traditional means.
Communicate the proposition to the partnership team, partners, stakeholders, and users.
Strategically leverage internal and external channels to communicate the value, vision, and key updates of GodTools.
Develop the collateral, documentation, and sales tools that support the acquisition/selling process and the retention/remarketing process.
Collaborate with internal (Cru) or external marketers and advertisers to achieve GodTools positioning and acquisition goals.
Use our marketing efforts and channels to help our team better understand our users and audience’s wants and needs.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
Participate in user research
Collect and diffuse feedback from users, partners, and prospective users to the others in the team and advocate for the concerns, needs, and wants of the user.
Document user feedback, test results, campaign results, acquisition stats, and reviews so that they are accessible and can be used to adjust or inform the roadmap, OKRs, and product vision.
Leverage user insights, user data, and stories to better inform the team’s focus, direction, and roadmap.
Perform other work-related duties and special projects as assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Experience in evangelism and passion for helping others share the Gospel.
Experience in running multi-channel digital marketing campaigns
At least 2 or more years of Marketing and Content Strategy experience preferred
Preferred degree in Marketing, Advertising or Communications
Preferred experience with Adobe Marketing Suite
Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree
