The Mobilization Specialist for Mission Opportunities will mobilize Campus Ministry audiences to Great Commission ministry through Cru’s priority mission opportunities. Researching, integrating, and implementing effective mobilization strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable participants for the organization’s recruiting pipeline is an essential function of this role under the direction of the Mobilization Director for Mission Opportunities. This role helps ensure people can register and apply for opportunities when they are ready, get help when they need help making a decision, and stay connected even if they aren’t ready to take a next step.
