The Production Specialist is responsible for working alongside Global Media staff in helping to create narrative, story driven film tools for evangelism and discipleship that will engage an audience. The Filmmaker is also responsible for contributing to a creative, collaborative environment that will promote this goal. As a camera operator, the production specialist might need to be responsible for cameras and equipment in a film shoot, and improving his or her own filmmaking skills when not on a shoot.
