The Bridges Innovation Strategist drives innovative ministry solutions and applies Innovation Team resources (training, finances) to help Bridges staff serve and mobilize the international student population. In collaboration with team leaders, directors and national leadership, the Strategist sets priorities for Bridges innovation efforts. This leader operates in all the roles of the leadership framework - Coach, Spokesperson, Change Agent, Direction Setter, and gathers people and resources from within Bridges to help accelerate ministry effectiveness.
