Mission Trips are historically one of the most significant and life-changing events in a college student’s experience with Cru. The Mission Trips Field Coach will oversee and ensure quality resourcing, coaching and training for students, faculty, staff, and volunteers leading mission trips across the globe on all trips of any length. This will include both emphasizing existing training and resources as well as developing new solutions for trip leaders across our wide variety of mission trips.
