CruPress helps catalyze Spirit-filled evangelism and discipleship by developing and distributing resources that empower and equip leaders in making multiplying disciples.
The Graphic and Layout Designer for CruPress conceptualizes and designs the visual style and graphic layout of resources published by CruPress. This includes producing design proposals and style guides, as well as executing designs for various types of resources: books, magazines, and other forms of printed media; ebooks; print and digital promotional material; resource packaging; and other designed goods, depending on project needs.

U.S. Capacity is made up of teams from U.S. LDHR, U.S. Technology, U.S. Digital Strategies, CFO Group/Financial Services Group (FSG), U.S. Development, Staff Services, General Counsel's Office (GCO), Donation Services Group (DSG), U.S. Talent Management (under U.S. LDHR), U.S. Staff Care, Lake Hart Services (LHS), and U.S. HR Capacity.
